Milad Mehrpoo

PhD student at the Applied Quantum Architectures Group of the Faculty of Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS/EWI), Delft University of Technology.

Milad (Mohammadreza) Mehrpoo received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tehran University, Tehran, Iran, in 2010, and the M.Sc. (cum laude) degree in Microelectronics from Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands, in 2012. He was an RF System and Circuit Architect with Catena Microelectronics, Delft, the Netherlands, where he worked on low-power CMOS circuits and systems for IoT applications from 2012 to 2015. Milad was the recipient of Top Talent Fellowship from Delft University of Technology and Project Fellowship from Mediatek, Taiwan, in 2010, and IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) Symposium Best Student Paper Award (1st prize) in 2017. His research interests include analog and RF integrated circuits and cryogenic electronics for quantum computations. He is currently working on the development of a cryogenic CMOS chip for the readout of superconducting qubits.
